Goshen Details: Goshen opened their season on Monday, defeating Mishawaka Marian 3-2. They opened last season exactly the same way. They picked up wins at #1 & #2 singles, as well as at #1 doubles. They return 6 of 7 from their varsity last year, so they have plenty of experience.

Bethany Christian Details: The Bruins come off an outstanding 3-2 win over Northridge on Tuesday night. That puts our record at 1-0 on the season. The JV lost the Northridge match, so will be looking for their first team victory.

Outlook:
This is a match that is important to us, a cross-town rival and a Sectional opponent. Goshen will have a good team this year, their experience has been built over the past two seasons and they have worked hard during the offseason. This is another of the big matches that we have to begin this year. We must continue to stay focused, because Goshen has talent. This should be another close match.
