2008 Fall Workouts

Monday : Strength and Quickness Training : Time = 35-40 min total
Meet after school in high school gym

Tuesday : Open Courts : Time = 3:30-5:30
Meet after school in Matt's room

Wednesday : Strength and Quickness Training : Time = 35-40 min total
Meet after school in high school gym

Thursday : Open Courts : Time = 3:30-5:30
Meet after school in Matt's room

Friday : Strength and Quickness Training : Time = 35-40 min total
Meet after school in high school gym

These times are really important, as many of us noted in our individual meetings that we need to improve our footwork and quickness to be varsity competitors next season at the level that we want. Do not start an early pattern of laziness, start an early pattern of dedication. The work that we put in leads us towards blessing.

Thanks for all of those of who do work, it makes next season very exciting!
