We've talked before about how confidence comes not from believing that you can win, but believing in the work that you've put in - in other words, knowing what you can do. Tennis is a game of mistakes, we can't control the fact that we're going to make errors. It's so important to have a mental approach to the game that allows us to deal with these mistakes.
